Default Help with code p0113

This is the code that my car threw last night - P0113 - "Intake Air Temperature Circuit High Input". Car has been hesitant for a few weeks now, sometimes stalling when coming to a stop. Idles at around 2K on start up then seems to do what it wants, lots of little judders and pops, revs drop off on their own... like a haunted car lol. Have done ECU relearn/IACV clean etc etc. It runs alright for a bit and then this happens time and time again. Last night was the first time I have seen it throw a code.

Possibly worth noting that I was driving at around 40mph when the CEL came on, not at idle. I have since cleared it and it has not come back.

I have checked for obvious loose connections to no avail. Should I suspect the IAT itself? I mean would it cause such a rough idle? Im guessing its possible to read the resistance with a multimeter? Any ideas on the correct resistance range for a working sensor?

How much am I looking at for a new sensor?

Lots of questions, apologies for lack of thread composition, but I'm on my iPhone!

Any ideas on the correct resistance range for a working sensor?
Depending on the temp: 0.1-4.8 Volt.
When it's connected, ignition ON.
I could not find any resistance, the manual says to look at the C (or F) on the scanner.
