okay i just finished installing the comptech headers i turn the car on and oh my god the check light is on i dont understand okay so i warmed up the car and drove off and the car cuts off at vtec it wont let me pass 6k rpms i fuigure the ecu is on safe mode to protect itself. so how do i get rid of this light and what could have caused this light and i thought the comptech headers were smog legal so why me!!!!

 

might want to check o2 sensor is installed properly.

 

ohhh my god i got it there was a sensor unplug directly above the oil filter... check light gone sweeeet 9k sounds like a monster
