Unhappy Help me plug this hole!

Help me. I can't seem to keep gear oil in this big box looking thing. When I looked at it I noticed that it had a little chip.

That's when I starting thinking that maybe all the oil was pouring out this little hole! Then the little chip just fell right off…

That's when I noticed that the teeth looked a little worn. I may have to replace some with my next oil change.

I also took notice that one of the little teeth stuck to my little chip.

Just a big shitty bowl of diff soup for dinner tonight! That upset my pit crew, so most of them just went crazy, one even sat next to my dog!

I am now officially done with the S2000 rear end. I have snapped stock axles, aftermarket axles, destroyed a transmission, and this is my third diff. Not just any diff, this is every option you can imagine. Comptech caps, and bearings, Kaaz 1.5 way LSD, Cryo'ed housing, and Cryo'ed J's racing 4.44, (which you can clearly see in the photos ) Even Tom is stumped. Anyone in SoCal that is the rear end champion? And not the rear end champions on Hollywood Blvd!

You are definatly buying more tools when we put the next diff in. Using a 4" long allen wrench to get the driveshaft bolts out is not what i consider a good time.

Oh wait, yes it is, LOL.

Your problem is that you used yellow paint on the half-shaft flanges! Didn't you know to use red paint on the left side flange and green paint on the right side flange. Sheesh!

500 whp!!! Ha well it might not break for you. You see, I had 900 whp and I launched the car at 11,000 rpm. hehehe

If you get this setup it will break the first time you launch the car. It might not come apart right then but it will slowly decay over time and one day your housing will come apart on the freeway. I would research other alternatives. Maybe a transplant of some kind...

Ok. We can do that too. how wide is the supra rear end? what version of supra? is he doing the whole rear end assembly or just the diff itself? does the supra use a strait axle or IRS? (if its a strait axle, it would make more sense to just go to a ford 9")
