Yes, remove O2 simulator, return emissions system to properly operating parameters.

Splices aren't very good, you should soilder the connections to ensure troublefree performance. Splices tend to work loose and have bad connections after time.

Do I need to keep my O2 Sensor installed on my car after the simulator is Installed? Because my O2 Sensor is waisted and I install the ECg O2 sim and I still have the CEL. Can I turn the cel of without the O2 Sensor?

The 02 sensor needs to be installed to keep the CEL out for a faulty 02 heater. You can either leave the 02 connected, or wire a 13ohm 10 Watt resistor in the 02 heater circuit.
