Go to Honda and buy a bottle of their brake fluid. Do NOT buy any other brake fluid besides that. I'm not saying it to limit your choices but IMO using honda fluids especially brake/clutch fluid is important. They have added protection other brake fluids lack.
Go to walmart and get:
1) Suction syringe or bulb out of the baby section
2) Windshield washer rubber tubing out of automotive
3) protective latex gloves
**You will also need an 8mm or 10mm (I forget which size) box end wrench to loosen the bleeder valve.

-Make sure you cover your fender with towels or anything to keep accidental fluid spills OFF your paint. It will seriously have some adverse affects if you get clutch fluid on your car.
-Suck all the old dirty fluid out with the syringe/suction bulb and get it as clear as possible.
-Next, jack the car up and put a jackstand underneath it and have a friend sit in the drivers seat ready to pump the pedal
-Fit the box-end wrench over the bleeder valve and install the rubber tubing on the nipple... (hehe)
-Loosen the bleeder valve and tell he/she to press the pedal down. Immediatly after they press it close the valve so no air gets in. Your friend will have to bring the clutch pedal back up because the pedal will stay down. Repeat this until you see clear fluid go into the bottle your using to capture the fluid. After the last pump close the valve immediatly DO NOT TIGHTEN IT TOO TIGHT, it doesn't require a lot of torque. Make sure you watch the resevoir between pumps to see if its getting low and refill if necc.
Hope this helps out!!!

The bleeder valve on the slave cylinder is 8mm. Xviper has a step by step DIY in the FAQs section. Good Luck

Use Valvoline DOT 3 for street driving.

The back of my owners manual (MY 03) it says to only use DOT 4 as a temporary replacement for DOT 3. I have been told that DOT 3 has a higher boiling point than DOT 4.

Ignore that, I think it only applies to the brakes. Sorry I zoned.

DOT 4 has a higher boiling point than DOT 3 does.

Boiling point is irrelevant in the clutch system.

Whatever your using in the brake master cylinder you can use for the clutch as well whether it be dot 3, dot 4, Honda fluid, valvoline, castrol, Kmart, Safeway brand ect.
