Default Help Please: Leaking Coolant

Hi S2KI,

I need some help here guys and gals! The car is a 2007 S2000 and my observations are the following:

- Whenever I top off the fluid in the coolant reservoir, it is ALL gone within a day or two.
- All the coolant in the reservoir will be gone but the coolant in the radiator never fluctuates and is at normal levels at all times.
- There was only one time where there was coolant fluid all over my garage floor (by this, I am not inferring that it has only leaked once, I've only "caught" it happening once in my garage, I could easily be leaking as I'm driving)
- The above leads me to believe that there might be a hose in between the cooling system and the reservoir that has a hole in it perhaps?
- I do not know much about the cooling system but is there a hose that provides coolant to the radiator (when at low levels) that if it were to leak, would not affect the existing fluid levels in the radiator?

So I guess my real question for you is if you guys know which hose might be the culprit? Also, please correct me if I'm wrong but am I right to rule out the burning of coolant since the fluid in the actual radiator is always at normal levels? Thank you for any help!

Do you have the Hondata Intake Manifold Gasket installed?

Check where the rubber hoses meets the upper and lower heater hard lines behind the motor on the firewall. The hard lines tend to deteriorate causing some leaks. That's one I can think of.

When you park put a white paper or papers on the floor and that might help you find where the leak is coming from.
I had a VERY small leak coming from a hose that routes by the intake and it took me forever to identify where it was at. Check your major hoses and work from there.
