They were all made in Japan. They just made them differently for different parts of the world.

If your secondary air pump system is missing, I'm assuming you bought the car without it which means someone else removed it. There are lots of pieces in the system other than just the little air pump. Here are some of the parts -> http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...cgry5=AIR+PUMP
