Default Help taking some crap off my headlight

When I got my car a couple of months ago I notice the headlights are bumpy, not bubbles. Its like taking a super glue and just pouring it on the plastic and let it dry, thats how it looks like. Seems though that the previous owner had eyelids and used super glue instead of a rubber adhesive(the black gluey rubbery stuff) any ways I used this thing I bought at auto zone that polishes your headlights and removes the yellow hazing, it work ed on parts of the headlights but some are just too big and still visible even after I put a tint on my headlights. Does anyone have any idea on how to take these things off? Sanding? thanks

nail polish remover disolves super glue, not sure what it will do to the plastic though. Should be fine if you polish afterwards with some plastic polish.

plastic polish is the compound you use to buff plastic, there's a version of that stuff make just for clear plastic and it's great for rear plastic window for the earlier car.

go to a hobby store and ask for super glue eraser, there's a spray that gets that specially made to get that stuff off. try it on the edge of the headlight first, it might be so strong it eat thru the plastic
