Help w/ Comptech SC
Carefully check all of the tubing that goes to the "valve" or what-ever-it-is that is mounted low by the radiator. Be sure they are connected to the correct places. I had the same problem and found that I had reversed two of the tubes. Read the instructions carefully, the pictures didn't make it clear (from what I remember).

ummm my car wouldnt let me rev over 3k because my "black box" was defective. ignition timing was fuct hence the safe mode. well at least he had the db honda install it, theyre on his side...well kinda.
only guess i would have for running lean (if the code is actually true) is faulty injectors or the fmu unit outta wack. im sure comptech or honda will resolve everything.

I had the same probelm, I think. At first I thought it was my test pipe that was making my CEL come on so I tried using casper o2 sim but that didn't work. Then my car started to lag a little, so I decided to take my testpipe out and use my stock cat, I also remove the casper o2 sim. My car still laged and the CEL was still on. I took my car to the dealer and they did a diagostic test and they found that my vacuum holes were switched around (my brother and I installed the charger). Now the CEL is off but the car was still lagging!! So I started to check everything I could think of, the last thing I did was disconnect the FSM unit and connect it back again and now it runs fine. It seems to me that it could run a little stronger. I need to get it dyno
