You do not have to remove to bumper to get to or remove the headlight. Just remove the inner fender liner to get to the headlight. I have done this and it works.

^ Not the same...

I have the headlight removed and the backing off.. How do I tighten the HID bulb plug to the headlight? (It was very loose BTW)

Got it!.. the clip which held the bulb into place was bent. I will post a picture later!

Non-careful hands can bend them up pretty good. Glad it wasn't something more expensive.
