For any silicon geeks out there... the memory on board the OKI processor that the S2k ECU uses isn't write-once, but actually masked at the factory by OKI. OKI produced flashable versions of the chip but since these chips were made specifically for Honda... you won't find them anywhere but in OKI's lab or at Honda.
