Thumbs up How to bleed a Rousch 1 1/2 Ton Floor Jack

Just picked up my Rousch 1 1/2 ton floor jack from my friends' house and it can barely lift up a 5 yr old child! Purchased this from Sams club like 2 years back and can't remember where I put the Instruction Manual. I've tried many combination to bleed it and also added more fluid, but I guess I'm doing it wrong. Does anyone know how to bleed this floor jack?

I had this issue with my racing jack when I first used it. I just adjusted the knob located between the 2 pistons on the back of the jack when the handle is attached.

I've tried that, but I remember the the manual had a specific sequence to pump, lock, bleed and repeat. Something like that.

Turn handle so jack won't raise. Open the fill valve and quickly pump several times. Close fill valve. Use...
