okay got the stock steering wheel off but im trying to put the hub on and there are two black things sticking up preventing me from putting the hub on. what should i do?
The 2 black things sticking up are the centering pins for the SRS cable reel. I wouldn't cut them off, the cable reel is pretty pricey.
You may have to remove the cable reel then install the hub.

You allready have it removed in that pic. Or is that someone else's reel?
The yellow connectors have a sleeve that pulls back to release them. Don't try taking the connectors of the wiring, you won't be able to reuse the reel after. What kind of hub are you using? Did it come with a resistor to make the SRS light go out?
