How do I reset my ECU

I Have a 02 that I just did some work on and wanted to know if I should reset my ECU, if so HOW?

look at the fuse panel underneatht he driver side dash, its on the left corner. look at the 2nd row of fuses. the top spot is empty, the next has a fuse (blue 15A i think) and then the 3rd spot has a fuse (i also think its 15A blue). pull it for 10 seconds and insert, then start your car. it'll idle like crap for a little while until the ECU adjusts itself.

Can't you also just pull the negative terminal on the battery?

Pulling the "BACK UP" fuse is easier. Sure, you can disconnect the battery but then you need to reprogram the radio with the code and find all your stations again.
