I am looking to buy an 04 trans for my 02. The trans I am looking at is out of the car and no engine is with. I do not know the person that has it personally so I want to be sure what I am buying.

Is there a way of telling by just looking at it or is there a set of numbers on it to let you know??? HELP

 

If there is a tag on the transmission, copy the info down and call a Honda dealer. They should be able to tell you what year it is for.
