Youmight want to do a search on this much talked about subject. However, I'll try to help. First of all, do you have an owner's manual? If so, that has all of your answers about oil. If you don't and your car is brand new, here is what you should be doing. Don't go over 5500 RPM for the first 600 miles. No VTEC!!! No redline!!!! Secondly, check your oil level maybe three times a week because it may burn a lot of oil during the break-in. Thirdly, if you need to top off the oil, use any good brand of 10W-30 dino oil (no synthetic). Fourth, most people drive their cars in the extreme use category and should change their oil around 3750 miles (again, use 10W-30 dino oil). After the engine has thoroughly broken in (no more burning of oil) and you are on your third or fourth oil change (around 10K miles), you can switch to 10W-30 synthetic oil. That is what your manual calls for.
Most importantly, if you have no owner's manual, get one. This car needs it.

I like to change my oil at 3000 miles, but if it is darker colored on the dipstick when I check it (learn how to check it, it's not as straightforward as most people think - hint: check on the passenger side of the stick) I'll change it as soon as 1500-2000 because I'm running slightly more "intensity" than most.

i change it every 3 months or 3k miles, whichever comes first. i work at the dealership and i get free parts(oil filter, oil) so im not worried about price.

use 10w30 dino or synthetic(if you car has more than 10k miles). i suggest castrol gtx 10w-30 if you're going to use conventional oil. it has a high amount of molybdenum. you will need about 5 quarts, maybe a little more to top it off(5.2-5.3)

for transmission fluid, use 2 bottles of MTF(manual transmission fluid) from honda.

for differential fluid, use 1 bottle of some 75w90/80w90 with gl-5 or gl-6 specifications. i suggest castrol hypoy c gear oil 80w90 gl-5+ with limited slip performance. mobil , redline are all good too.
