Hi, I did not drive my 2007 S2000 since May and the battery went dead. I recharged the battery and I brought the car to inspection but they could not pass it as the computer had yet to reset. Does anyone know how many miles must be driven until the computer resets? It normally would not be a problem but I am moving the car to another state very soon and it really needs to be inspected first. Thanks in advance for any info. - John

 

from my understading the computer will be fully set after 100 miles or little less but you defenetly need to add some miles, to get all of the sensors and what not to check that everything is running properly

Most S2000 monitors will complete in less than 10 miles. Do 5 minutes of stop and go in town, then go up on the highway and set the cruise at 60 for 5 minutes. That should do it.
