how much to preload you springs?

Thumbs up how much to preload you springs?

ready to slap on my espelir springs and was wondering how much you would need to preload your springs with a spring compressor?

spring rate*inches

j/k, didn't mean any offense. I don't think there is a magic number, just compress them until you can put the shock tower on.

wouldn't the term "pre-load" in this case mean to load the suspension (after the springs are in place), and torque the bolts when the suspension is loaded??
