Not sure, but the Helm's manual's probably got the answer. I'd check mine, but I'm traveling.

so, you've taken out how many screws/pins? 8? if so, you have four "clips" under and inside the top of the bumper. need a flat tip to pull the first part up (unlock) and pull the bottom piece out. It's a bear putting them back in. i pulled this out for an inside custom grill install.

Remove the top layer of screws (Nearest the rad) These are easy to get at and are no problem. The problem comes with the bottom layer. These are located on the forward edge of the plate. If you get your head right down close to the plate you can just see some of them and they're a sod to get at. They're not actually screws but push-in plugs inside a collar. You can ease them out with the tip of a flat bladed stubby screwdriver. They're really awkward to get at!!

Top tip from Wayne in a recent post,... if you remove the top screws and then push the plate down till it goes under the cross member, it gives you more room to get your hand in to get at the back plugs. Once all the screws and plugs are out, you need to fold the plate and twist it till it's upright. You can then withdraw it vertically. Just be careful of the air con pipes which are underneath it. You need to be pretty forceful with the plate, but you wont break it.

Hope that helps!

LOL:
It sounds like you're pretty well there. If you're sure all the screws and pins are out, then you've really got to put some effort into bending the plate in on itself (Front to back, following the natural fold) to give you the room to turn it on end and withdraw it. Get mean with the barstard, but get it out!

Maybe I was just a chicken, but I removed the front bumper in order to get this part out of my car. It takes about 15 minutes to do the bumper removal and I thought it was less hassle than messing with wiggling the plastic panel out in tight quarters.
