I put together a "How To" video for replacing the S2000 Timing Chain Tensioner (TCT), for those interested in what is involved. I hope this is helpful!

Did you not pull the pin for the piston, looks like the pin is still installed on the new Billman TCT. Am I incorrect at 6:30 of the video?

Video is correct, the pin is installed.

It does not get removed until the tensioner is bolted in place (same as oem)

Thank you for clarifying; the pin is removed through the bolt hole?
