Default Identifying This Fuse Tap

Hi there, purchased a 2004 S2000 recently and would like to know what is this add-a-circuit fuse tap? Looks like it's in fuse No 8 (or 7?), which is the headlight, power windows, and windshield wiper control unit. Here's a video trying to trace where it goes: https://imgur.com/a/UVgJrLQ (or https://i.imgur.com/MzmBtZg.mp4)

There are no aftermarket accessories in this vehicle. The only thing I can think of is that this is a US car now in Canada and doesn't come with DRLs. So the shop where I bought it did something where the parking lights turn on even with the headlight switch in the off position as a way to have DRLs.
