Default Idle revs up and down?

Recently cleaned the IAC, did it correctly, but the car revs up and down like crazy after 1 min while idling?
Also dismounted the exhaust right before I did this, after the cat, as I wait for the new one. I dont drive it yet ofcourse... Just tried to start it up. Can it have something to do with this also? I have no idea.
Vacuum leak? Air in coolant? Map sensor?

Removed the screws, turned the IAC around and removed the IACV motor. Spun the rotary valve and sprayed with carb cleaner until it spun freely. Cleaned the rest of the IAC from carbon build up. Then mounted it back together.

Try a hard reset on the system. Remove connectors from the battery and connect them together for 15 minutes this will do a hard reset on the ecu

I feel the IAC is stuck. Did you time the shaft, so the tab is facing towards the engine?

Also... Did you plug the IACV sensor back in?
