Probably IAC Valve needs some cleaning.

The weather is changing in most regions. I was advised to wait it out to see if the ECU settles on its own. I did that and it seems to be gone for now. I might try the stuff int he thread above if it starts happening again. Most of the items mentioned are good for maintenance anyways.

The AC, defroster and headlights don't seem to have an effect. My occasional idle dip is subtle, but happening. Never stalled.
