not a fan of Taiwan car part company's, t1r is defiantly one of them. earth ground systems, catch cans, lug nuts, generic coil-overs, bbk, rear toe, etc etc..

ahh why people buy this crap.

Just turn the 14mm bolt after you remove the belt. I'm pretty sure it's left hand thread.

its in the service manual, you need to undo the auto tensioner. place it in a vice with something soft around it..
then undo the left hand thread bolt.

Just replaced my Tensioner pulley and also the Idler pulley. Both are 14mm. Idler is left to loosen and Tensioner is right to loosen.

Purchased both pulleys and shipping for around $92.00 USD.
31190-PCX-000 Honda PULLEY, IDLE $29.40
31180-PCX-003 Honda PULLEY, IDLER $51.59

Cheers, EagleDon

Just to make it super duper clear:

31190-PCX-000 Honda PULLEY, IDLE $29.40 -- LEFT LOOSEN (CAM CHAIN CASE)
31180-PCX-003 Honda PULLEY, IDLER $51.59 -- RIGHT LOOSEN (AUTO-TENSIONER)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but do both of these pulleys need to be removed in order to change out the IDLE PULLEY ONLY?
