what type of filter are you using? Is it an OEM or aftermarket? When you installed it, did it have an OEM or aftermarket filter. If aftermarket, the gasket could be faulty or the old gasket could have still been stuck to the block.

it seem like its leaking from the filter seal then i tight it , still leak

so i took it off and tight the adapter

If I'm reading your post correctly you have a sandwich adapter and you can't figure out where the leak is coming from.

Here's a suggestion: Clean the area up really well, wrap a bunch of paper towels around the sandwich adapter & filter base, then take the car for a spin. Remove the paper towels and pay attention to where they are oil soaked. That will tell you where the leak is coming from.

You only have a few places that can cause a leak: The sandwich adapter O ring, the filter O ring, or the threads to the oil pressure sender.
