Red face Increasing Compression + 4.777

Which combination is gives the best power curve? with 235 WHP I am happy

After talking with serval members of this board this is my wish list:

Mild Prepared head
Toda cams spec A
AEM CAI
AEM EMS
Lighter Flywheel
Hondata Shield

and combined with two options:

* 12.5:1 Compresion pistons and 4.77 and 9000 rpm or
* 2.2L and 4.44 and 8000 rpm

Any Suggestion are welcome

I would do AEM EMS, AEM intake and custom intake plenum, 2.0 liter, full competition Joe Alaniz port and polished head with upgraded valvetrain and make it scream to 10.5k rpm's, custom pistons to give extra valve relief and bump the compression to 11.2, the craziest cams that can give power upto 10.5k and keep the idle at around 1500rpm's without dieing, 550cc injectors, hondata gasket, comptech flywheel, external electric water pump, custom headers that actually make gains, custom exhaust.

mmmmmm

You can daily drive that thing with ease. Trust me, I thought about this one already...minus the AEM intake...i'd probably make something better sized and shorter (by removing the factory air pump since the AEM EMS cant use it anyways and routing the intake there)

Oh ya, some high silica content in the pistons to bump the friction down some since it's N/A to take on those hard laps...hrmmm....so many things to do. Titanium rods, cryo treat the crankshaft and bearings, bump up the oil pressure, etc....

the non-american kind. You know...like how almost every other country gets a better car than here. Skyline R32, R33, R34, Silvia's, Highly tuned Evo's and STi's from the factory, M3 CSL, Konigsegg, and many many more.

I think all this amounts to about the same if not a little more than the price of a SC? and youll get way more than 235 whp
