Hey everyone....Im planning to get a CAI and i have read many articles in the forum that were a great help to me and my decision. I choosed the Injen CAI over the Aem and wanted to know from others past experience with them, are there any problems installing them such as cutting and trimming.

 

There is button located on the top right, labeled "Search". Type in AEM CAI and you'll get more threads than you could ever read on the subject.

 

Both the intakes are similar in design. The Injen is a one piece while the AEM is a two piece. Both give about the same gains. They probably both sound the same also. I own the AEM intake and am very happy with the results, improved throttle response between 3-5 thousand rpms. The sound under WOT is amazing. Either way both intakes are virtually the same, its just based on which one you prefer. Do a search on it for more indepth information. There is also some cutting invovled for both intakes.
