Default Inner wheel lip

I had the car at the dealer last week for 45k service and noticed that rear driver side wheel has scrathes all around the inner lip.

For someone that might be familiar with shops, Is there something when the car goes up on a rack that could cause this ? I realize no one will see it without getting uder the car but its annoying knowing that its there.

I had some similar scratches on another set but not nearly as much and am thinking that they all happened at the same place.

If this is going to be normal on visits maybe ill just sand the paint off the inner lips

No tire mounts in fact I specifically had them not rebalance any tires.

Its scuff marks around about 75-80% of the lip. Some through the primer into the metal Almost like its light curb rash. There is no damage underneath and while they might have test driven the car trying to replicate a noise I dont know how the inner wheel got like that.

I think since the wheels are powdered I noticed it otherwise if they were silver i might have never seen it.
