Default installing cr spoiler

ok so i buy this cr wing and expect to drill a few holes and stick it on but wait "whats that billy, theres more?" Do you have to cut the underside of the trunk, the raised area, i guess support braces or something, they are in the way of where my holes would be.

Also, where can i buy the cr front lip hardware, honda wants 117 bucks for all the pieces and i said screw that so anybody know?

i dont know about the wing, but lip hardware is just screws and bolts with hat washers, you can buy stuff that will fit it from home depot

Yeah you need to drill in that area, watch the wiring harness on the left hand of that area. I think the decklid might be different for the CR, I haven't had a chance to look at a CR decklid.

i think they would have to be, it has little raised areas like under the hood and the provided screws wont be able to go that far without cutting something as far as i can tell

The lids are different. There are holes in the areas you mentioned. You'll have to drill the standard lid to mount the wing. It will need quarter-sized holes in the support areas to reach up into the top of the lid.
