Default Installing HKS Intake

I bought an HKS intake off another member and am trying to install it myself (little to no mechanic skills). I got stuck trying to get A into B in the picture below. Any suggestions?

You're suppost to remove that whole metal peice when you get an aftermarket intake. Most new intake kits come with that hose to go from the valve cover to the intake, and a couple vacuum lines so you can extend them instead of using the metal peice. What I would do is just go to your local hadware store or auto parts store and get them. It will be pretty cheap, couple bucks most likely.

Here is a pic of my bay with the PRM intake..
