If the code has been been set, killing battery power will not reset it.
It can be reset with a paper clip, by using a yellow connector located by the under-dash fuse block.
Read the repair manual. It describes how to do it. Involves momentary grounding of the connector in a few different intervals.

Thanks billman I mastered the reset with the paper clip lol! I have a srs simulator which came with the hub its basically two female connectors with a 2amp fuse. Once I've reset the srs system should I cut the power and install the simulator? Should that turn off my light for good then? What are your thoughts on this? Thanks a lot!
So apparently works bells srs fixers are two wires with a 2amp fuse connecting them creating no resistance at all (garbage and no fix for srs light). Getting a 2ohm resistor at work tomorrow and trying that thanks guys!

for example: if you remove the seatbelt sensor without taking off the battery the SRS will trip off the SRS light, even if you clip the sensor back it will still requires a reset(10 second job)
the same applies to the steering wheel, once you break the circuit by removing stuff from the wheel(airbag itself) it will trip off the SRS light. before you throw away the SRS fix, try to install it and reset the SRS unit first.
not sure what exact was the honda ohm but for my miata, all you need is a piece of wire
