intake manifold DIY?

intake manifold DIY?

need to take out my intake manifold...is there a DIY? how hard is it to remove and replace?

It's not very difficult, you just unbolt it and disconnect a few hoses and electrical plugs.

while is might not seem hard, some of the bolts on the under side of the intake manifold can be a PITA!!!!! to get too......I would suggest your remove your alternator to get more room.

Be sure to have two swivles handy, its almost easier to pull it with the motor out of the car.
