Default Intake whistle after air pump removal

While replacing my intake manifold that I broke a piece off of i decided to remove the air pump. I also installed Kpro since the last start up. My cold air intake has whistle to it now. Kinda like a cross between a whine and a whistle. Never had this noise before and was wondering if the air pump removal was the cause. I tried searching and reading the air pump removal threads and didn't see anything related to this.

Did you plug both locations and CAP off the EGR location?

I did not have a cap for my intake to the air pump so I just plugged the pipe back in.... I think you just solved my problem. Will get a cap and test it out.

Capping off the pipe did not solve the problem. Here is a link to a video of the sound

I have the same sound which is prominent during acceleration. Everything was installed correctly (plugged and capped).

Hard to tell from that video, do you mean the small sucking sound right after you release the throttle?
You said you removed the air pump?
What about the air valve that sits on the side of the intake manifold close to the firewall, did you cap this off?

Yes the air valve was removed and capped off with a metal plate with liquid gasket and was bolted in place. It sounds kinda like if you blew over the top of a bottle. Sound is only noticeable at idle to about 1500 rpm. Cant hear under acceleration or normal cruising.

I wonder if it could just be the CT intake and maybe you haven't noticed it before?
I had the same intake installed and think I remembered it got me wondering on some noises in the beginning, I didn't think to much about it though

Not to get too far off topic, but do you think liquid gasket is needed for the ERG or can the crush gasket just be reused? I reused the crush gasket, but wonder if I shouldn't use RTV. I deleted mine as a winter project and haven't started it yet.
