Ok so here a government commissioned DOE study on hydrogen injection in regular ICE engines. It's a pretty easy read and I found it pretty informative. Can be of interest to FI guys since hydrogen has a high detonation tolerance when compressed. Actually some interesting possibilities.....here it is.

There are a couple of things they don't consider, such a hydrogen production and injecting oxygen as well as hydrogen in the system.
