Default Interior Fuse Box

I'm new and I think that my passenger window fuse blew out. I am trying to open the interior fuse box but can't. I turn the knob under the dash but nothing seems to move. Do you have to pull down hard? I don't want to break anything. Just looking for some fast help.

Before you do that...check the window lock switch. It is easy to accidently hit.

Thanks, you are right, I accidently hit the lock switch. Also, the fuse box is accessable without the knob, don't know why it is there.
