Default Intermittent CEL help.

I don’t want to waste anyone’s time here so I’ll be brief. 06’ S with 36k miles. It is stored winters and all fluids replaced yearly. I run 91 octane non-ethanol fuel when possible (all gasoline in MN has ethanol) unless you go to a handful of stations that sell the good stuff. Occasionally I run 93 octane BP fuel with ethanol when I have to. I am getting an intermittent cylinder 3 misfire code. I think I have covered most bases at this point to trouble shoot. First I swapped plugs and coils around between 2 and 3. Reset the code and about a month later (500 miles or so) CEL Light back on again, same cyl 3 misfire. Then, decided to have the Valves adjusted (per Billmans specs) as it had been a couple of years since it was last done. Also replaced all plugs at this time with the expensive ones directly from Honda. Reset light and after about another 500 miles, same cyl 3 misfire code.

Observations: Seems to have a rough idle, not enough to make the tach move more than a bar if at all but can be felt for sure. Also sounds like a slight tick but does not sound like valve train noise.

Looking for ideas on where to go next, I will swap injectors around next and try again. Any other ideas of something simple to check?

Thank you,

Novotz
