Intermittent Judder - Coil Pack?

Been having an intermittent “judder” with the car warm ever since the dealer replaced my spark plugs. Found my ignition coil warped like this but it has good readings on my multimeter. Does it need to be replaced?

Check if plugs have correct torque also and not been cross threaded

Also re-check the gaps on the new plugs. I had a slight misfire/puffing after changing plugs and it turned out to be a poorly gapped plug.

You mean like juddering hesitation at idle? IACV needs a cleanin?
