Default Intermittent no start

Hello all,
Having an issue with intermittent no start. Sometimes the car starts, runs, and drives. Sometimes the car cranks and absolutely will not start. Other times the car will crank and can only be kept alive with the throttle (example:
).
Car is a 2003 with no modifications to the engine/ECU save for an exhaust. Battery is new and tests fine. Starter clearly has no issues. No fuses were blown. Immobilizer light does not persist. Have done a map whack as well as substituted with a working MAP as well as an IACV cleaning. More recently, the car will start completely cold and then begins to die as the car warms up, always followed by the main relay clicking repeatedly. As you can see in the attached video, the CEL will flash as the car dies but it does not store, so I have no idea what it may be. I've personally never heard of cam sensors failing intermittently but I'm open to all suggestions.
Cheers

Cleaned iacv how? There is a very specific procedure that must be used. Search for it.

Sounds like a bad IGN2 relay, you can even hear it clicking on and off.
