Default invidia exhaust

Has any one else had a problem with the a tip rattle from the invidia I replaced rivets about 5 times now and they keep coming loose. I thought I could have it welded but the tips are titanium an the rest of the exhaust is steel. Can anyone could help me.

I took mine to a muffler shop and after they looked at the cans, they said it was just thin steel and tig welded them...fixed it.

No problems here, although I did have a crossmember that rattled after the install because it wasn't properly reinstalled after the exhaust went on.

I used some JB weld at the first sign of rattling. Put a little bit on the top rivits so you can't see it. Worked like a charm and not a rattle since.

i have the tip rattle! it sucks but i did have it tack welded twice on the inside and out and both times it came loose. so i re-riveted it and it still came loose. im in the process of re riveting it. im going to be puttin a liquid form of weld between the ti tip and exhaust tip then re riveting it.
