Default Invidia rattle

The tip on my invidia exhaust is coming off and the inside of the right muffler rattle TERRIBLY at 3-5k when down reving... It sounds like a riced out civic. I bought it during the group buy and now I need to send it in and get it fixed because this is ridiculous. Does anyone know who I talk to about getting this done? I can't stand it any longer.

Well i went to Lowes and bought J and B weld. Its a 2 part solution, and here is how you fix your rattling.

1. Mix the two on a paper plate.
2. Get LOTS of paper towels
3. CAKE it on all around the edges of the exhaust, where the titanium overlaps the steel.
4. Run your finger around the edges, trying to "push" it into the cracks as much as possible. (Make note its gonna look like shit, and your gonna not want to do this instinctively.)
5. Take a paper towel and take off ALL extra J and B weld until there is a nice form around the entire exhaust. Let this thing sit for 1-2 hours, and REPEAT this 2-3 times.
6. After doing this, you should have a small line of gray j and b weld all around the exhaust, on mine you cannot notice it unless you get on the ground and stare at it 3 inches away. Be sure to remove all the J and B as it will cake on when heated up.

I did this to my v2 invidia, and i no longer have vibration at 3k-5k range. After your done, use WINDEX to clean your tips, if you leave any fingerprints it will burn them on to the exhaust.

Your problem is fixed for 5 dollars and 30 minutes of work over 3-4 hours.

Take it to a muffler shop. In and out in less than 30 minutes.

When i first got my v2 invidia it rattled like crazy, after putting this stuff on with the method i posted above....you cant move the tip anymore. It used to be loose to the touch, and now its hard like the other one. So far its been 2 weeks almost and no loose or rattling, and i took off 95% of the liquid weld i put on. You only need a small amount around the entire rim. This stuff is VERY hard and once its on, its on. Be sure to wipe your exhaust after doing this, as anything you touched will be burnt on permenantly.

Go to lowes or home depot....preferably lowes (i work there) lmao

If your going to glue it try using gorilla glue. It expands to several times it's volume filling the empty space.
