Default invidia test pipe question

To those who have the invidia test pipe, does your o2 sensor hang really low? After i installed the mechanical o2 fix, I couldn't even go over speed bumps cause it will hit the sensor, so I just put the cat back on, and probably will leave it on now. I was just wondering if all invidia test pipes are like that.

Hate to sound like captain obvious but there are 3 bolts on it any chance you could rotate it 120 degrees one way or the other if its that far off it might clear when rotated to face more toward the top
