Default invidia v3 and gasket

okay well ive searched and couldnt really come up with a good answer.. so i picked up my exhaust today.(the v3) but the gaskets i got from the guy just broke right in my hand when i picked them up lol.. so i went to the honda dealer and ask for the 2 gaskets.. and he came out with a rubber o-ring like the ones on top of the oem oil filter.. and i told him that , thats wasnt it. he said thats all they had and was very rude about it too.. but forget him.. im wondering could i use that gasket.. keep in mind my car is completly stock.. so if i cant use the rubber o-ring gasket were can i get the trianguler ones.... i think one has 2 bolt hole and the other has a 3

they sell metal crush type of sandwich gasket in most exhaust shop, the honda flange is being common as..um..common

it runs you about 5 dollar for a good sandwich type gasket, if all else fail and you can't find it get the red exhasut gasket maker

The stock exhaust only has one gasket from the catback which is where it meets at the cat. The stock exhaust is one piece so it does not have any other gaskets. I know the invidia comes in at least 2 pieces so you need gaskets that do not exist in the stock system and you have to find at an exhaust shop. If your stock gasket between your cat and your catback was anything like mine you will not be able to reuse it it gets easily damaged when you take the exhaust apart
