"Jumpy" at cold
ok this is going to be hard for me to explain, but its happened a few times now, usually when the car is cold, if i dont let it warm up within the first 2 minutes of the drive, (usually sooner) the car gets very "jumpy" ill hit the gas, and it will almost bog, and then all of a sudden grab real hard and jerk the car, sometimes spin the tires depending on how much gas im giving at the time, then ill let go of the gas like because of whats happening, and then hit the gas to go again and it will do the same thing kind of seems like its not getting fuel, and then all of a sudden it does. it happened this morning before i even got out of my driveway, i turned the car off and back on and it was fine. also, when i let the car idle for any period of time, i get a slight pulse in the rpms, nothing really you can even see on the tach, just hear a slight rev over and over, if i tap the gas it stops for a few seconds and starts again, but only after the car has been idleing for more than 5 mintues? im completely lost, any suggestions?
Sounds like you have two separate issues although they may be related. The slight hunting of the idle alone I would not worry about. Your other issue though is more concerning along with the idle hunt may indicate there is a problem with the throttle body or the related idle control system. I would consider pulling the throttle body off and giving everything a good look see. Also clean everything real well. Make sure the throttle plate opens well. And check out the idle bypass system.
That's where I would start if it were my car, but I'm not an expert.

well i took the throttle body apart and its clean as a whistle, i had moved the idle positioning sensor slightly because my car was stalling at stops, im wondering if my iac valve is bad? since i moved that idle screw it hasnt stalled or dropped down below rpms, but maybe that screwed with the ecu or changed the iac valve again. still having troubles with this. any ideas?
Clean inside the IACV, then clean the throttle body (it will get dirty after you clean the IACV). Takes around 15-20 minutes. The FAQ has a good guide:
