Just did my compression test
Alright so I followed this guide http://robrobinette.com/S2000Compression.htm and did my first compression test.
My results on a warm engine with full throttle and fuel fuse removed were:
1: 225-230
2: 210-215
3: 220-225
4: 235-235
From what I've read I understand 240+ is best, but consistency is also important. I'm a little concerned about the range of readings I got here, mostly with cylinder 2. I did recently do a valve adjustment and am beginning to wonder if maybe I had the valves a little too tight or too loose on C2?
car is an 06 with 89k miles.
What do you guys think decent results or should I continue with a leakdown test and perhaps recheck my valves? I will say prior to the valve adjustment it seemed most of my valves were far too tight.

Those numbers are very good actually. Usually people begin to worry when the compression test is 10% off from each other. I personally would recheck the valves because I would not want to have them on the back of my head and also do a leak down to confirm that the engine is healthy (which it probably is).
Cylinder 2 seems low compared to the rest, but not bad at all for the motor in general. I would do as you thought, check the valves again and make sure those are good. Then redo the test. If the 'issue' (not necessarily an issue) persists, a leakdown test might be in order.
