probably having more than one header would cause that!

Moved to under the hood.

its carb or oil burning when at high rpm's its normal.

That's not Oil burning.. That's from full throttle and excess fuel. Always safer to run rich that to run lean. So it's normal.

ok so it's just running really rich but i have another friend with an s2k same mods minus the password jdm intake and it doesn't run not even close to that rich

this ^ , black smoke is a rich air-fuel mixture, if it was blue smoke I'd be more worried, but black is normal. These cars tend to run on the rich side, that's why you pick up a few hp when the a/f gets leaned out a bit. Maybe that s2k is running overly rich though as it seems to put out more smoke than the average s2k IMO.
