Default Kick/Push starting car

My starter recently died a day ago and I now need to resort to constantly kick/push starting my car, is it possible for any damage to be done to my car mechanically/electronically (besides me hitting something) while doing this?
Thanks for the help, just a little concerned.

I've never heard of damaging anything. I had a friend whose car wouldn't start in the summer because of his enormous turbo... Bump starts everywhere in that thing!

Don't judge... We were in high school.

Wow a huge turbo can cause that?! Im only running a t3/t4 so it'd be an honor to say i have to kick start my car because my turbo is too big haha. That must really be a PITA. Ah well I hope the starter rebuild lasts me a decent amount of time, I appreciate your guys input.
