Default knock sensor issue...help please

My knock sensor came out awhile ago(long story). Anyways, I managed to reach intheir and put it back in, but it keeps coming loose. I'm wondering if I have to twist it in or just shove it in really hard. I can't really see it, have to work by touch, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

You mean the whole sensor came out? Pretty sure it screws into the block. If it's coming out, it's probably broken.

It screws into the block and must be tight. If the end is falling off the sensor is broken, and needs to be replaced.

How far does it screw in? Does anyone have a picture of what this sensor looks like when whole? I have sort of been able to see it with the right lighting, and it doesn't look like its broken, but then again I didn't notice it was threaded.

Maybe the housing's staying in the block and the guts are falling out.

Sup,
The same thing happened on my Hatch when i did my ITR swap. It needs to be tight preferably with a socket or wrench if u can get in there. If you want to see what it looks like just go on ebay and type in honda knock sensor they look the same. Peace
