i have the common problem of knock sensor breaking while doing anything in that little area. i noticed it was a single wire knock sensor . with that being said ive worked in many other cars that have a single wire knock sensor with a better less breakable design to it. has anybody used any other knock sensor inseat of the honda one?

 

if you use a knock sensor from any other engine you will likely end up with either a crappy running engine or a CEL.

btw, all hondas use the same knock sensor, so you can use one from any model so long as it plugs in.. if it dosnt plug in, you can change the plug so it does.
