Default knocking and clunking noise coming from left rear?

Im in need of some professional advice from you guys, Yes I have searched google, s2ki, and honda-tech for fixes or causes of these issues that i have been having. So far there has not been any answers to those old threads Or they didnt have the same issue as i do.

Problem: when driving over uneven pavement or bumps you can hear a knocking from behind the driver seat(sounds like rear left shock), and when you stab the acceleration you can feel/hear a clunk in the car somewhere (my guess would be rear or underneath)

What i tried: jacked up the car tighten the shit out of every suspension bolt/nut, and inspected for anything out of the ordinary (nothing). I am also aware that the s2k is supposedly notorious for the axle nut coming lose on its own and i did re-torque it to 250ft lbs of torque. As far as what kinda suspension i have? the car came with stock CR shocks and skunk2 lowering springs.

At this point this noise is driving me nuts LOL and pretty irriated.

Someone please help?

check your engine mounts if you see orange they are torn. I know your probably wondering why engine mounts but just check it doesn't hurt. Mine made that noise when they were torn.

What brake pads do you use?
Lift the car up with handbrake off, remove the wheel and try to move brake pads into the caliper.
It happens for example with Carbone Lorraine RC5+ brake pads (not only on the S2000, a friend of mine has this issue on his BMW M3).

i think they oem pads and i dont think its coming from the brakes, because it happens when stabbing the throttle or clunking over bumps or uneven pavement.

Awesome thanks, its hell when people don't post how they fixed the issue. I've researched a ton of stuff and most all haven't replied with how it was fixed:/
