I changed that seal also (the one that mounts to the head), ill check the seal on the hose from the KV that may be it.

Ok fixed the problem, i tightened the hose clamp on the hose leading to that KV.

Now does anyone know why they would be sticking?

I took the big one off after a backfire destroyed it.

Just run the one on the PCV valve.

If its sticking there is something wrong with it, send it back and get a new one. Kane is great to deal with, I'm sure you won't have a problem.
